Nomo is a Barcelona-based fintech that runs an all-in-one digital platform for self-employed professionals and SMEs in Spain. It combines invoicing, expense management, bank connection and reconciliation, business accounts and cards, invoice financing, and accounting and tax advisory in one subscription service that pairs software and automation with personal advice. Banco Sabadell created Nomo in 2018 through InnoCells, its digital business hub. The company grew quickly: it added about 40,000 self-employed users in 2020 and passed 60,000 users in total. In July 2022, InnoCells sold all of Nomo to Talenom, a listed Finnish accounting and financial services group, for a reported €3-5 million. Nomo became the base of Talenom's business in Spain.
