Rentger

Rentger is a Madrid-based property management software company for individual landlords, professional property managers and tenants. Its SaaS platform automates the administrative side of medium- and long-term rentals (flats, rooms, commercial premises, storage units and holiday lets). It covers the whole rental cycle: tenant applications and bookings, contracts, automatic rent collection, invoicing, incident handling, and profitability and P&L reporting. Chema Larrea founded the company in 2018. It raised a €120,000 seed round from business angels, including Rafael Garrido, Jordi Bernal and members of the SeedRocket network. In December 2020 it was fully acquired by idealista, which is owned by EQT. At that point Rentger had more than 10,000 properties under management, 20,000 signed contracts, nearly 100,000 rents collected and 250,000 incidents resolved. It now operates as Rentger by idealista.
