Media Digital Ventures
Media Digital Ventures is a Barcelona-based media-for-equity investor founded in 2013. It was Spain's first media-for-equity fund. It invests advertising space from its partner media groups, sometimes alongside cash, in exchange for minority stakes in consumer and B2C start-ups in Spain, Europe and Latin America. Its media partners have included Atresmedia, Vocento, Grupo Godó, Grupo Zeta, Hearst, Diari Ara, Clear Channel and Impact Media. Its portfolio includes CornerJob, Hundredrooms, Weplan, Deliberry, Wazypark, Waynabox, Washrocks and uDance.
