Qoala

Qoala (legal entity Join Qoala SL) was a Madrid-based consumer e-commerce startup that operated a browser extension, web platform and app which automatically found and applied discount coupons at online checkout and paid users cashback across 3,500+ affiliated retailers in around 10 countries, reaching roughly 350,000 registered savers. Seed-stage and consumer/e-commerce focused, it raised a €1.6M round in late 2022 backed by Draper B1, Wayra (Telefónica), Media Digital Ventures and Antai alongside 250+ Crowdcube angels, later added a strategic investment from Mitgo Ventures, and acquired Spanish one-click checkout company Kupay. The company is defunct: it notified users on 3 September 2025 that the service was shutting down, migrating them to iGraal.
