SSoria Futuro
Soria Futuro is a Soria-based regional investment company founded in 2002, owned by Caja Rural de Soria (51%), the Instituto para la Competitividad Empresarial de Castilla y León (34.37%) and the Diputación Provincial de Soria (14.63%). It backs businesses operating in the province of Soria through participating loans, temporary minority equity stakes and convertible debt for early-stage companies, with the aim of generating both a financial return and economic and social development in the province. It invests across agrifood, renewable energy, timber, industry, tourism, ICT and biohealth, and has deployed about €8.5M directly into companies such as Biofor, Puertas Norma and Euriosil. In 2025 it signed an agreement with the European Investment Fund under the InvestEU programme to improve access to finance for micro-entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs in Soria.
