MRPlay is a Barcelona-based edtech company that develops gamified simulators for hands-on training in logistics and supply-chain skills. Its web-based simulators, which look and play like video games, cover purchasing and inventory management, ERP systems, warehouse operations and AI-driven customer service, and they are sold mainly to vocational training (FP) centres, professional certification programmes, companies and individual learners. Customers include the Instituto de Logística de Barcelona, Pimec, Barcelona Activa, the Ajuntament de Girona and vocational centres such as EUROAULA and Cendrassos. Josep Manel Rodeiro and Guillem Valero founded the company in 2022, after starting development and early software sales around 2020. It was incubated in the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona's Logistics 4.0 incubator and won the SIL Awards 2024 prize for best reskilling project.
