Last.app is a Barcelona-based restaurant operating system: an all-in-one cloud POS platform covering dining-room and delivery operations, e-commerce, bookings, QR order-and-pay, staff time tracking, inventory and analytics, with 250+ integrations into third-party restaurant software. Founded in 2019 by brothers Eric and Iván Nikolic (both ex-Glovo), it raised a €5M Series A in November 2023 led by Nauta Capital after a €2.2M seed in 2022, and serves 2,100+ restaurants including Carl's Jr., Tony Roma's and Miss Sushi. It is headquartered in Barcelona with a team of 80+ across Spain, Germany, Colombia and Mexico, having launched in Mexico in July 2025.
