Haddock is a Barcelona-based B2B vertical SaaS for the restaurant industry: it digitises supplier invoices and delivery notes, keeps recipe costings (escandallos) updated automatically as ingredient prices change, integrates with POS systems, and layers AI agents on top to automate reconciliation, invoice validation and incident resolution. Founded in 2020-2021, it went through Y Combinator's W22 batch and has raised roughly $3-3.6M across a €1M pre-seed and subsequent seed rounds, serving restaurant groups across Spain and Portugal.
