OOrdatic
Ordatic was a Valencia-based B2B SaaS company (founded 2018/2019 out of the Demium Startups incubator) that connected restaurants' delivery channels — Glovo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and others — directly to their POS systems, so orders flowed in automatically instead of being retyped from a tablet per platform, alongside centralized menu, price and availability management. It raised a seed round of just over €500K in November 2021 led by Inveready and BackFund with angel participation, and claimed presence in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Costa Rica with 25+ integrations. ORDATIC, S.L. entered voluntary insolvency (concurso voluntario, filed 31 Jan 2025) and has been in liquidation since 19 Jun 2025.
