Flax & Kale is a Barcelona-based healthy, plant-forward food and beverage company that operates a chain of flexitarian/vegan restaurants (Barcelona, Lleida, Madrid) alongside a packaged food and beverage product line (juices, kombucha, ready meals) developed at its own R&D lab and production facility. Part of the Teresa Carles Healthy Foods group founded in 1979, it became Spain's first B Corp-certified restaurant/food company (2019) and raised €21.7M in 2022 to expand internationally into the UK, Netherlands and France.
