Renalyse (registered as CreatSens Health S.L.) is a Spanish medtech company that has developed a low-cost point-of-care device and connected telehealth platform to measure key kidney-function biomarkers (creatinine, potassium) from a single drop of blood, enabling chronic kidney disease patients to be monitored from home. Founded in 2017 as a spin-off of Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona, it is seed-stage and has raised roughly €1M+ across several rounds, including a €1M round in October 2023 led by Fundación Botín's Mind the Gap programme with GENESIS Ventures, aimed at certifying its IVD product and entering the market. It is headquartered in Reus (Tarragona), Catalonia.
