Naturmet — Project Finance · €60M

Naturmet closed €60M of bank debt, arranged by its majority owner FIEE SGR through Energy Transition Fund III, from BBVA, Santander and Abanca. The money pays for building its first three biomethane plants, through the vehicle Naturmet Plus. Construction starts in 2026 and the plants should run from 2027. This is project finance rather than a venture round, and no lead lender was named.
