Tyris Tx (legally Tyris Therapeutics S.L.) is a preclinical-stage biotech developing next-generation non-viral, DNA-based gene therapies. Its platform pairs a proprietary synthetic linear closed DNA format (oDNA™) with novel non-viral vectors that have no cargo-size limit and allow re-dosing, with a pipeline focused on dermatological, renal, haematological and pulmonary indications. It was created in 2020 as a company-builder venture wholly owned by Columbus Venture Partners, is headquartered in the Paterna technology park near Valencia, and signed a strategic gene-therapy partnership with Almirall in January 2021.
