NeoCheck is a Madrid-based RegTech company that provides digital identity verification software — automated ID document checks, facial biometrics and liveness detection, KYC/KYB onboarding, AML watchlist/PEP/adverse-media screening and transaction monitoring — to banks, fintechs, insurers, gaming operators and public administrations. Founded in 2016 by two ex-Avalon Biometrics executives, it pivoted from public-sector border-control and biometric projects to a private-sector SaaS model in 2021. It is a small, largely bootstrapped/accelerator-backed company (Lanzadera Growth, CEEI Castellón's Órbita program, Draper B1 and angel investors) with offices in Madrid, Valencia and Castellón, and is listed as a preferred identity verification solution in Microsoft's marketplace.
