Scoobic is a Spanish industrial and technology company that designs, develops and manufactures 100% electric light vehicles for urban last-mile logistics — models such as the Scoobic Mini, Light and Bio, sized between a motorbike and a delivery van, with battery-swapping and payloads up to ~750 kg. Founded in Seville and headquartered at its factory in Utrera (Seville province), it sells to operators including Correos, Amazon, Nacex and Heineken, and won a ~€20M contract to supply 2,000 electric vehicles to the French postal service; it was named Seville SME of the Year 2025. The company is early-stage/seed-funded (a €2M round led by EIT InnoEnergy) and has publicly discussed a larger ~€20M round plus a BME Growth/Nasdaq listing ambition, while also renegotiating ~€14M of debt after missing sales targets.
