Bodeboca is Spain's leading private-sales (flash-sale) e-commerce club for wine, founded in Madrid in 2010, with over 2 million registered members. It was acquired by Pernod Ricard in 2019, and in 2025 was sold to Decántalo, forming part of the Melchior Wine & More group alongside Decántalo and Le Petit Ballon — it is no longer an independently VC-funded startup but a subsidiary within this corporate group.
