Bike Ocasión is Spain's leading refurbished/reconditioned bicycle retailer, buying used mountain, road, gravel and electric bikes from a network of 400+ associates and consumers, reconditioning them in-house, and reselling with warranty through stores in Terrassa, Madrid and Valencia plus e-commerce. Since 2015 it has sold over 20,000 bikes and has expanded into France (as Zyclora), Italy and Germany; growth-capital fund Seaya Andromeda acquired a 70% majority stake in September 2024 (after search fund Taurus Capital had taken control in 2022) to fuel its European expansion in the circular-economy/sustainable-mobility space.
