Wide Eyes Technologies is a Barcelona-based computer-vision company that built visual AI software for the fashion and retail industry, offering search-by-image, similar-product recommendations, a style advisor and automatic product auto-tagging delivered as SaaS to e-commerce retailers. Founded around 2012-2013 out of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, it served retailers in more than 100 countries and worked with major fashion groups, serving tens of millions of recommendation requests per day. The company was acquired by US-based Stylitics in July 2023 and no longer operates as an independent startup — the team was folded into Stylitics.
