Maxcolchon is a Spanish sleep-products company that manufactures and sells mattresses, bed bases, pillows, headboards and bedding directly to consumers. Founded by Raúl Sahuquillo and operating online since 2009 from its factory and headquarters in Náquera (Valencia), it grew into one of Spain's two leading online mattress sellers and has since expanded to 100+ physical stores across Spain plus online sales in France and Portugal, with roughly 600 employees. It is a bootstrapped D2C manufacturer/retailer, and its only disclosed outside investor is private-equity/VC firm Kereon Partners, which subscribed a capital increase to fund store expansion and internationalisation.
