Methinks AI is a Barcelona-based digital health company that builds AI medical imaging software for stroke triage, able to detect suspected large vessel occlusions (LVOs) and intracranial haemorrhages directly from widely available non-contrast CT scans, plus a Microsoft Teams-integrated stroke coordination workflow. It is a seed-stage healthtech/AI startup serving hospitals and stroke networks, CE-marked and holding two US FDA 510(k) clearances (NCCT Stroke in July 2025 and CTA Stroke shortly after), with ISO 27001 and ISO 13485 certification. Backed by the European Innovation Council Fund, Nina Capital and EIT Health, it has raised roughly €5M in equity plus public funding, and won the EIC Accelerator.
