Founded around 2021 in Zalla (Bizkaia) by Mireia Muñiz Mairal and Iñaki González Lahera, it is considered a pioneer of powdered food in Spain, was named best new-technology company in the food sector by Expansión in 2022, and was a Food 4 Future Foodtech Innovation Awards finalist in 2023 for the Spanish startup with greatest international projection.
