Seabery is a Huelva-based industrial edtech company that develops Augmented Reality simulation technology for hands-on technical training, best known for its patented Soldamatic welding simulator powered by its HyperReal SIM engine. Its solutions combine real welding equipment with AR so vocational schools and manufacturers can train welders without material waste or accident risk, and are deployed in 75-80+ countries, including a robotic welding training partnership with Comau. Bootstrapped for over a decade, the company sold a minority stake in July 2022 to Seaya (Andromeda fund) and MCH Private Equity's Spain-Oman Private Equity Fund.
