eubiOmic Health is a Granada-based precision clinical nutrition biotech, constituted in 2025 as a spin-off of the Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) and the University of Granada. It has developed what it describes as the world's first Food for Special Medical Purposes (AUME) designed for patients with a temporary ileostomy after rectal cancer surgery, aimed at nourishing and reactivating the excluded colon to prevent Low Anterior Resection Syndrome (incontinence, faecal urgency), which affects over half of rectal surgery patients. It closed a first €200,000 capital increase at a €1M pre-money valuation led by Nazarí Ventures plus private investors, was a finalist at Alhambra Venture 2026, and targets national commercial launch in Q4 2026.
