Kira Ventures is a Madrid-based advisory, development and asset management firm driving the energy transition, developing and operating renewable energy assets across solar PV, wind, mini-hydro, biomethane and green methanol. Through K Green Tech Ventures, a €50M investment vehicle co-managed with K Fund, it also makes early-stage venture investments in climate and energy-transition startups. Founded in 2017, the firm brought on former Deutsche Bank/Mediobanca banker Alfonso Gómez-Acebo as non-executive chairman in 2024.
