Arbolus is a Barcelona-based expert network and knowledge-sharing platform that connects private equity investors, strategy consultants and corporates with industry experts for research calls and due diligence. Its technology uses AI-driven insights, asynchronous video tools and transcribed, searchable expert interviews so knowledge can be reused across client teams. Revenue comes from software subscriptions and transaction fees on expert engagements. The company serves more than 100 enterprise customers, including KPMG and UiPath, and has offices in Barcelona, London, New York and Gurugram. It was founded in 2018 by Sam Glasswell and Will Leeming. It raised a $6M round led by Fuel Ventures with Plug and Play in 2021, and a £12M Series A led by Element Ventures in 2022. In November 2024 it closed a $20M Series B growth equity round led by Kayne Anderson Partners Fund V, sub-advised by Composition Capital.
