Bioquochem (BQC Redox Technologies) is a Spanish biotechnology company that designs, develops and manufactures kits and electrochemical devices that measure redox parameters such as total antioxidant capacity and oxidative stress. Its products include the eBQC LAB, an electrochemical device for measuring total antioxidant capacity in biomedical samples, and the eBQC NI for agrifood samples, alongside assay kits and a mobile application. It serves customers in agrifood, cosmetics, health and biodiesel. Bioquochem was founded in 2015 as a University of Oviedo spin-off and is based at the Parque Tecnológico de Asturias in Llanera. It received a €100,000 participatory loan from SRP Asturias in 2016, and in 2022 it closed a €700,000 round led by Tech Transfer Agrifood, a fund managed by Clave Capital, with Jorge Bensadón and Termosalud also taking part.
