Mind Facilities Management is a Madrid-based proptech company that provides digital facility-management solutions built around the experience of people in their workplaces and homes. Its platform helps offices and residential buildings manage communities, experiences, facilities and sustainability, and it offers workplace-experience software for small and medium-sized enterprises alongside tools for retail management. The company was founded in 2019 by Jaime Pire and Alex Lawton and later opened a second base in Gijón, Asturias. In February 2021, Asturias's regional development agency SRP (Sociedad Regional de Promoción) invested €400,000 as a participating loan through its programme for attracting emerging industries, as part of a €1.4 million expansion project. The Spanish entity, Mind Facilities Management SL, is now in liquidation.
