Endurance Motive

Endurance Motive is a Spanish company, based in the Valencia region, that develops, manufactures, integrates and operates lithium-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS). Its customers include utility-scale renewable hybridisation projects and standalone storage plants, and it also supplies battery systems for industrial traction, marine, airport and last-mile electromobility. It builds its systems to automotive-industry manufacturing standards and provides monitoring through its own energy management system. The company reports more than 5,500 batteries manufactured, over 100 MWh installed and activity in more than 19 countries. In 2025 its revenue grew 41% to €8.8 million and it delivered its first utility-scale BESS systems, including a first large international order in Mexico. Carlos Navarro and Ander Muelas founded the company in 2018. In 2021 it closed a €2 million round, part of it raised through the Sociosinversores.com crowdfunding platform, and listed on BME Growth. It has since been financed through convertible loan facilities, including from Nice & Green and Alpha Blue Ocean.
