HoMu Health Ventures is a Barcelona-based incubator, accelerator and venture builder for biomedicine start-ups, with a focus on reproductive and women's health. It backs and builds early-stage companies in reproductive medicine, genomics, medical devices, drug discovery, AI, diagnostics and telemedicine, investing at pre-seed and seed and providing scientific advice, investor sourcing, partnership support and operational help. Its portfolio includes Sama, EmbryoCloud, GenEmbryomics, Ovum Health, Butterfly and Rosa Scientific, and its founders' previous ventures Reprogenetics and Recombine were acquired. It was founded in 2019 by reproductive-health scientists Santiago Munné, José Horcajadas and David Cotán together with businessman Delfí Torns, has laboratories in Seville, and in 2021 expanded its capital to around €1 million with backing from business angels and healthcare executives.
