MiiN Cosmetics is a Barcelona-based retailer and distributor of Korean beauty (K-beauty) products in Europe, selling through its own e-commerce site, wholesale channels and physical stores in Spain, Italy, Germany and France. Founded in 2014 by Lilin Yang and Patrick Siegenthaler, it has grown to a team of 300+ and has launched its own in-house brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani. In 2024 it sold a c.15% minority stake to Spanish investment vehicle Barlon Capital (advised by Clairfield) as a strategic growth partner.
