Newe (formerly Clothify) is a Spanish company that enables retailers, manufacturers and distributors to offer their products under pay-per-use models — rental, subscription, try-and-buy and re-commerce — combining B2B software with end-to-end rental operations and reverse logistics. Founded in Seville in 2020 as a fashion-renting marketplace, it pivoted to a B2B circular-economy platform and has worked with clients such as PcComponentes, Worten, Forum Sport, Cecotec and Adolfo Domínguez; it more recently also runs a direct technology-rental service (laptops, tablets, phones, monitors) for companies and events across Spain, including Madrid. It closed a €1.1M seed round in July 2023 led by Fondo Bolsa Social. The team is small, roughly 2-10 people.
