Finteca
Finteca is a Barcelona-based digital mortgage broker (registered with Banco de España as a real estate credit intermediary) that negotiates with multiple banks to find clients the best mortgage terms, refinancing, valuations, and renovation loans. Founded in 2017 out of Nuclio Venture Builder, it grew to over 3,000 real estate partners and 20,000+ mortgages managed annually before being acquired by Swedish group Clar in November 2023 and folded into Clar's Spanish loan-broker platform Prestalo, so it no longer operates as an independent startup.
