Carethy is a Spanish e-commerce retailer of personal care, cosmetics, parapharmacy, hair care and hygiene products, spun off in 2018 from the Bilua group (alongside sister companies Miscota and Wellindal) and headquartered in Llinars del Vallès, Catalonia. It raised Series A investment from Sabadell Venture Capital and Ona Capital, later acquired sports-nutrition retailer Bulevip (2022), and in December 2024 was absorbed into Grupo Fedefarma (via Laboratorios Vanguard) alongside Bulevip and Dieteticacentral — it now operates as a brand within that group rather than as an independent VC-backed startup.
