Libera Bio
Libera Bio is a biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of cancer therapeutics that reach 'undruggable' intracellular targets, built on its proprietary MPN Technology (Multifunctional Polymeric Nanoparticles) that protects whole antibodies, nanobodies, small molecules and PROTACs in the bloodstream and delivers them inside tumour cells. A 2020 spin-off of the University of Santiago de Compostela out of Prof. Maria Jose Alonso's nanomedicine lab, it is seed-stage and focused on KRAS-mutant cancers such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, with partnerships including ImmunoPrecise Antibodies and EVQLV. It is headquartered in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia) with a US office in Larchmont, New York.
