Tetraneuron is a Madrid-based clinical-stage biotech developing AAV-based gene therapies for neurodegenerative diseases, spun out of the Cajal Institute (CSIC). Its platform is built on E2F4DN, a dominant-negative form of the transcription factor E2F4 that aims to restore neuronal homeostasis and halt disease progression; lead candidate TET-101 targets Alzheimer's disease. In December 2025 it raised roughly €5M led by German fund GIMIC Ventures plus family offices, to file a Clinical Trial Application in Europe.
