Reply Next is a Canary Islands-based software company that runs an AI platform for brands with many physical locations. From a single dashboard, these brands can manage their digital presence, reviews, ratings and customer messages across Google Maps, the app stores and AI-powered search engines. It is sold as SaaS, and its customers include KFC, Air Europa, LaLiga, Grupo Comess (Lizarran, Levaduramadre) and the IKONO museum chain. The platform analyses around 200,000 reviews a month across several thousand digital channels, and about 15% of revenue comes from international markets. Former Google executive Miguel Peñate founded the company in 2024, and in September 2026 it raised a €400,000 pre-seed round led by 4Founders Capital, with business angels Juanjo Mostazo and David Alcobero taking part.
