Coventia AI is a Valencia-based company that builds AI-powered customer-service software for businesses, with a particular focus on insurance brokers and intermediaries. Its platform is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and brings WhatsApp, email, voice calls and SMS into one shared inbox with a lightweight built-in CRM. It also offers AI agents trained on each client's own documentation that can hand conversations over to human staff. The product is sold as a monthly subscription starting at €80 per month for five users, with customers including Asigest, Grupo Galilea and eBroker. Coventia was founded in 2020 by David Fernández Carbonell and began as an insurtech offering cheaper mortgage-linked life insurance and handling consumer banking claims. It went through the Lanzadera accelerator and raised a €330,000 round from insurance-industry professionals, including Jesús Nuño de la Rosa and Rubén Ferreiro, as well as €280,000 in public financing from ENISA and the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia. It is a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme.
