UserZoom is a SaaS platform for UX research and digital experience insights, letting enterprise teams run remote usability tests, surveys, information-architecture studies and benchmarking at scale with a global participant panel of 200+ demographic filters. Founded in 2007 by three Spaniards as a spin-out of their Barcelona/Madrid UX consultancy Xperience Consulting, it bootstrapped to ~$15M in bookings before raising a $34M Series A (2015) and a $100M Series B led by Owl Rock (2021), acquired EnjoyHQ and WhatUsersDo, and was bought by Thoma Bravo in 2022 at an ~$810M valuation. UserZoom is no longer an independent company — the business merged with UserTesting in 2023 and exists as a product line of Thoma Bravo-owned UserTesting; all three founders have since left. Its Spanish office is in Barcelona.
