Oxolife

Oxolife is a Barcelona-based clinical-stage biotech developing OXO-001, a non-hormonal oral pill that improves endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation to raise pregnancy and live-birth rates in IVF/ICSI patients. Founded in 2013 by Agnès Arbat and Ignasi Canals, it completed a Phase 2 trial (42.6% live birth rate vs 35.7% placebo, presented at ESHRE 2024) and is preparing a pivotal Phase 3 plus a secondary PCOS indication. CEO Agnès Arbat won the EU Women Innovators Prize at the 2025 EIC Summit; the company is currently fundraising and exploring pharma partnerships.
